Referral Sources & Engagement by Region

This part of the analytics section centers on referral sources and location-based data. These panels indicate where incoming traffic comes from and how users interact across different areas, offering clarity on audience spread and the effectiveness of traffic channels.

  • Referral Sources: Gives a broader view of where your traffic originates, helping you understand how people are finding and engaging with your links over time. My team link stats & Clicks stats

This segment of analytics centers on two areas: team effectiveness and user technology preferences. The panels display how much each member contributes to link activity and indicate the operating systems and devices generating clicks. The data is valuable for monitoring productivity and refining support for widely used platforms.

  • My team link stats: Monitors the number of clicks and links generated by each team member, making it easy to compare performance. This gives a clear view of top performers while also helping you track each person’s contribution to overall link activity.

  • Browser: Displays click counts for each web browser, providing insight into the role of browsers in driving link engagement.

Total links created & Total clicks

These two panels chart link generation and click activity across different time periods. By visualizing these trends, users can more easily monitor fluctuations, identify consistent patterns, and base decisions on clear daily performance data. The visual overview of daily performance helps guide decisions based on actual usage data.

  • Total links created: Presents a line chart showing how many links were produced during a specified period. This visual helps track trends and fluctuations in link generation.
  • Graph Line: Points on the line reflect daily link counts, with higher points marking active days and lower points indicating reduced activity.
  • X-Axis (Time interval): Represents the selected timeline, giving context to when links were created, whether by day or week.
  • Y-Axis (Number of created links): Indicates the number of links generated, enabling easy comparison between different days.
  • Total clicks: Shows a line graph tracking the number of clicks over time, helping to visualize audience engagement and identify trends in link performance.
  • Graph Line: Plots daily click totals, with higher points indicating days of greater activity and lower points showing reduced engagement.

  • Y-Axis (Number of clicks): Displays the total number of clicks, allowing easy comparison of audience interaction across the timeframe.

Links expiring

The final section of the analytics page is dedicated to monitoring link expirations, giving a clear view of links approaching their end date. Links are grouped by those expiring today, tomorrow, and within the next week, enabling proactive management and timely renewal of important links.
