Yes, you can generate reports from your analytics data if your subscription plan supports it. The export includes key statistics, including clicks, geographic insights, traffic sources, and device details, delivered in formats like CSV. Such reports are ideal for deeper analysis or sharing with colleagues.
You can choose between two reporting modes: a general report that includes all click data without any filters, or a customized report where you can refine the results based on specific criteria.
General report
To quickly download the entire analytics data, simply:
- Log in to Cut0.
- Go to the Analytics section and in the Filters & Download panel press Download in CSV. Then, select All clicks. This creates a comprehensive report on all clicks for all links in your account irrespective of dates, users or any other filters.
- Check your inbox for the link to download the file.
- Save the downloaded analytics file to your device. It provides all available metrics like clicks, geographic distribution, devices, browsers, referral channels, and other data, offering insights into audience engagement and link performance for a comprehensive overview.
Customized report
To generate and export a customized report:
- Sign in to Cut0.
- Go to the Analytics section.
- Apply filters to refine the dataset. See How can I set up a report that reflects my individual link data? for more details.
- Choose Download in CSV and then – Aggregated clicks to generate a CSV file of your filtered analytics results. The button becomes active upon selection of one or more links.
- Check your inbox for the link to download the file.
- Save the downloaded analytics file to your device. It provides key metrics according to applied filters, offering insights into audience engagement and link performance. Note that for each selected link, a separate file is created in the report.
