Upon subscription expiration, your links and data will be affected as follows:
| 0-5 daysafter expiration: | Analytics for the past month remain accessible, just as if the subscription were active.New links can only be created under the free plan limits (120 links, 1,500 trackable clicks).Full-depth analytics are still available for data within the past month. |
| 6-31 daysafter expiration: | Your account operates under free plan constraints for links and analytics.Free plan restrictions include 120 links, 1,500 trackable clicks monthly, and one month of analytics history.Links or clicks above these limits are no longer monitored or available. |
| 1 monthafter expiration: | All links and associated data are deleted, but there’s a 1-month window to export your data in CSV.Links continue to redirect, but no new analytics will be recorded, except for the latest month. |
Analytics access after expiration
- First 5 days after expiration: Full analytics access remains available during this grace period. All performance data can be viewed without restriction, as if the subscription were still active.
- Starting from day 6: Analytics visibility is limited to data from the most recent month only. Earlier historical data becomes inaccessible unless it has been exported in advance.
Company account restrictions
- Link and click limits apply collectively to all users within the same company account. If one user exceeds the allowed limits, restrictions affect the entire company workspace.
- If payment is not renewed within 30 days, all company-related user data is permanently deleted.
Collections availability
- From day 6 through day 30 after expiration, collections remain visible but inactive and cannot be edited.
- After 30 days of non-payment, all collections and their associated data are permanently removed.
Link functionality
- Existing links will continue to redirect to their destinations.
- However, once limits are reached or after the five-day grace period ends, no new analytics data will be recorded.
Example Scenario
Assume your subscription expires on July 1, and you do not renew it.
July 1–July 5 (Grace period)
- You retain full access to analytics.
- New links can still be created, but they are subject to free plan limits (120 links and 1,500 trackable clicks).
July 6–July 30 (Restricted period)
- Your account operates entirely under free plan limits.
- Only analytics data from the most recent month is accessible.
- Collections are inactive and cannot be modified.
From July 31 onward (30 days after expiration)
- All links, collections, and stored analytics data are permanently deleted.
- Any information not exported beforehand cannot be recovered.
- Existing links will continue redirecting, but no new tracking data will be collected.
Important
If the subscription is not renewed within 30 days, all stored account data is permanently erased. To avoid irreversible loss, export any important data before the 30-day period ends.
