Cut0 lets you build customized reports for your links through the Analytics section. By applying filters, you can concentrate on selected data, including time ranges, sources of referrals, geographic areas, browsers, device specifics etc. After configuring your preferred filters, the platform will show the analytics tailored to your selections. With the filters applied, the data can be exported as a report (if your plan supports this feature) enabling easy sharing and deeper analysis. This approach highlights the metrics that matter most to your objectives.
To access your personalized analytics:
- Sign in to Cut0.
- Go to the Analytics section.
- Use the filtering options (outlined below) to tailor the data shown to your preferences.
Each filter lets you concentrate on particular elements of your data, enabling a more focused and insightful analysis.
- Date filter: Use this option to select a custom date range, allowing you to review data for a specific period. This makes it easy to analyze trends, monitor performance, or track engagement over a week, month, or entire campaign. By default, it’s set to display data running one month back from the current date.
- User: Use this filter to isolate and examine the actions of particular users. It proves valuable when assessing the contributions of individual team members or accounts, revealing their effect on metrics such as link clicks, link generation, and more.
- Links (mandatory): With this option, you can analyze selected links by picking them from the dropdown list. It allows users to measure how particular campaigns, promotions, or resources perform in terms of engagement and effectiveness. Note that for each link, a separate CSV file is created with a short link mentioned in the file name.
- Country: This option enables filtering data based on the country of users. It provides insights into regional trends, highlights strong-performing markets, and supports region-specific marketing approaches.
- City: Extending the country filter, this setting enables city-level analysis. It is ideal for spotting local engagement trends, evaluating specific urban areas, and comparing city-based results within a region.
- OS (Operating system): Use this filter to segment data by the operating system of users. It helps understand which devices are most commonly used and guides improvements for campaigns and platform compatibility.
- Browser: By filtering data according to browser preference, businesses can assess compatibility, engagement, and overall experience across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and other browsers.
- Device: Use this option to examine engagement by specific devices. Understanding which models are commonly used helps tailor content and campaigns to your audience.
- After selecting the desired filters, click Apply filters to update the dataset. The analytics view will refresh, showing more precise and targeted insights based on your chosen criteria.
Filtered analytics can be exported by selecting Download in CSV (accessible with a subscription). This feature supports offline work, reporting, and sharing, ensuring accurate tracking of specific performance indicators.
Click Clear filters to reset the analytics view. All applied filters will be removed, returning the data to its default, unfiltered form.
