Analytics for links within a collection are always available, giving you visibility into overall performance. Aggregated metrics – such as total clicks and geographic distribution – provide a high-level view of how the collection is performing and how your campaigns or grouped links are reaching and engaging audiences.
For deeper analysis, you can drill down into metrics for each individual link within the collection. Combining summary and link-level data makes it easier to spot patterns, refine your approach, and evaluate the effectiveness of your links with greater accuracy.
To track the performance of a link collection:
- Sign in to your Cut0 account.
- Go to the Collections section and locate the collection you wish to review.
- Click the collection entry to open its detailed view.
- Scroll to the Top 5 countries and Statistics sections on the collection page.
Top 5 countries: This section visualizes the top countries with the highest click activity using a bar chart, making it easy to compare engagement across regions at a glance. Each bar reflects the total number of clicks generated from a specific country, helping you quickly identify where most of your traffic originates.
You can switch how the data is presented using the View toggle. Select the table option to see the figures in a structured format, or choose the chart view for a graphical representation.
Statistics: This section provides a concise overview of overall engagement and link organization, helping you quickly assess recent activity and how your links are categorized.
Total Clicks (Last 30 days)
Represents the total number of clicks accumulated over the past 30 days, giving a clear view of recent engagement across your shortened links.
Total Tags (Across all links)
Shows the total count of unique tags assigned to your links. Tags help structure and organize links, making it easier to filter, manage, and analyze them.
- Select Go to Analytics to open the full analytics view, where more detailed metrics and reports are available. This section expands on the summary shown here, providing a deeper breakdown of collection performance.
Filters: Enable you to narrow down analytics data by applying specific criteria.
- Date: Lets you define a specific date range to limit the displayed data, focusing analytics on a chosen timeframe.
- Links: Filters results to show metrics for selected URLs, enabling analysis of individual link performance.
- Country: Provides the ability to filter link activity by country, highlighting engagement from different geographical regions.
- City: Refines analytics by city, offering more localized insights into how links are being interacted with.
- OS: Filters data according to the operating system used by visitors when accessing links.
- Browser: Enables filtering by the browser type, giving insights into how different browsers impact link interactions.
- Device: Allows data to be filtered by device model, such as iPhone or Samsung, helping identify which devices are most frequently used by your audience.

This section highlights three primary indicators that summarize how users interact with links over a selected timeframe.
Total clicks: Shows the total number of clicks across all links, reflecting overall engagement and the reach of the collection.
Unique visitors: Displays the count of individual users who have interacted with the links. This metric focuses on audience size rather than total interactions.
Clicks today: Tracks link clicks for the current day, providing a snapshot of daily engagement trends.
- Referral Sources & Engagement by Region
Referral Sources: Shows where clicks are coming from, organized by traffic source. A visual bar illustrates the volume of traffic from each source, while the total clicks for each source are displayed on the right, giving a clear overview of traffic distribution.
Engagement by Region: Presents user engagement broken down by location, with the ability to switch between Countries and Cities views. A horizontal bar chart visualizes the number of clicks from each location, and a ranked list highlights the top-performing regions, helping identify where engagement is strongest.
Countries: Provides an overview of link interactions by country, showing which nations generate the most clicks. This helps analyze audience distribution and identify top-performing markets.
Cities: Offers a detailed view of engagement at the city level, pinpointing where link interactions are concentrated within each country. City-level insights enable more precise campaign targeting and allow content to be tailored to the preferences and user activity in leading urban locations.
- My team links stats & Clicks stats
My team links stats: Provides an overview of team members’ performance by tracking the clicks generated from their links. A bar chart offers a visual comparison, making it easy to see each member’s contribution at a glance. Users can toggle between views to display either the number of clicks or the total links created by each team member.
Clicks: Shows how many times links have been clicked, giving insight into link engagement and effectiveness. This information helps identify which links attract the most attention and which team members are generating the highest interaction.
Links created: Displays the total links each team member has produced. This metric allows monitoring of productivity and shows how much each individual contributes to campaigns, promotions, or other link-sharing activities.
Clicks stats: Offers a detailed breakdown of click activity across various categories, including operating system, device format, device model, and browser type. A horizontal bar chart visualizes the distribution, with each bar representing the number of clicks for a particular platform or format. Users can switch between tabs to explore different categories and gain a deeper understanding of how links are being accessed.
OS (Operating System): Displays which operating systems visitors are using when clicking links, covering platforms such as Windows, macOS, iOS, and others. This insight helps identify user preferences and optimize links for the most popular systems.
Device format: Highlights the type of device used to access links, such as desktop, tablet, or mobile. Understanding device formats allows campaigns to be better tailored and ensures links perform well across all devices.

This chart highlights patterns in link generation, enabling you to observe activity levels and evaluate the frequency of new link additions. - Links expiring
This section offers an overview of links approaching their expiration within defined time periods. The dashboard is organized into three segments: links expiring today, tomorrow, and within the upcoming week. Each category shows the number of links nearing expiration, accompanied by visual cues to highlight urgent cases. This summary aids in managing active links and facilitates timely renewals or extensions to prevent interruptions in accessibility.
