Your subscription can be modified whenever needed. The timing of charges and feature adjustments depends on the direction of the change.
Moving to a higher-tier plan
When selecting a more advanced package, the update is activated right away. The system recalculates your billing based on the unused portion of your current cycle and applies a proportional charge for the upgrade.
Once confirmed, your account immediately reflects the expanded limits and additional functionality included in the new tier.
Moving to a lower-tier plan
If you decide to transition to a more basic package, your existing plan continues unchanged until the current billing period ends. The revised plan settings are applied only at the start of the next cycle.
Beginning with the new cycle:
- The subscription fee is adjusted to the lower rate.
- Account capabilities are aligned with the selected tier, which may involve reduced usage limits or restricted access to certain features (such as fewer team seats, limited domains, or shorter analytics retention).
In essence, enhancements take effect instantly with prorated billing, while reductions are scheduled for the next renewal date.
