The search function enables you to quickly locate the link you are looking for by entering the link title, short URL, long URL, or associated tags. This tool is especially useful when handling a large collection of links, which can easily grow into the thousands. Beyond searching, Cut0 also allows you to filter links by date and status, making it easier to find specific entries according to your preferences. Whether your goal is to edit a link, review its performance, or simply view its details, this feature streamlines link management and ensures you can locate exactly what you need quickly and efficiently.
Search
The search tool allows you to locate links by typing in keywords or partial information, such as the link title or URL. This provides a convenient method for finding specific links within a large collection.
To find the needed entry:
- Sign in to your Cut0 account.
- Go to the Links section.
- Enter the relevant information into the Search field at the top of the page, then press the Search button or Enter. You can look for links using:
- Link title – Type any word from the link title to locate it.
- Short URL – Enter the short link (just the slug) to find the desired entry.
- Long URL – Input the full destination URL.
- Tags – Enter any tag that was assigned to the link.
Filters
Filters enable you to narrow the set of search results according to chosen criteria. This functionality allows you to inspect links with greater precision, which in turn streamlines their administration and makes it faster to retrieve the specific entries you require.
You can filter links using:
- Created Date – Click the Created Date filter and choose the start and end dates to display links created within that time frame, or use any of the default options.
- Status – Open the Status dropdown and select the desired option (Active, Expired, Disabled).
To return to an unfiltered view that displays the entire collection of links, select the Clear filters control (appears on application of any filter). Clicking this will remove all active filters and restore the full list.
