You are able to modify a link collection on Cut0, as long as you have the necessary access rights (see Teams, roles & access). The edit function allows you to update a collection name, description, tags, and included links whenever adjustments are needed.
Follow these steps to edit a link collection:
- Sign in to your Cut0 account.
- In the Collections section, find the entry to be modified using the Search option.
- Click it to access detailed information.
- From the collection page, you can:
Editing collection name
- To rename a collection, type the new title directly into the editable field. Confirm the change by selecting the checkmark icon, or discard your edits by clicking the cross to restore the previous name.
Managing included links
From here, you can modify the list of links – add or remove links, and edit included links.
- To update the list of links within a collection, select Choose link, then proceed as follows:
- To include additional links, open the dropdown menu and select the required items from the list.
- To remove a link, click the cross icon beside its name.
- To create a new link, click Create a new link (this opens a new link creation window).
- After making your changes, click Apply to confirm.
- To edit an individual link, simply select the Edit icon against the required entry and make changes on the Edit link screen.
- To delete an individual link, select the Delete icon against the entry and confirm your choice – this action removes the link from the collection while keeping it in the main link directory of your account.
Updating collection tags
- To add tags, click Add tags, open the dropdown and choose the required tags, or type them in the field and press Enter.
- To remove tags, either click the cross icon next to the tag in the Tags list, or you can use the same way to delete tags in the Add tags window as well and click Apply.
- After making all required changes in the collection, click Save in the top-left corner of the page. The button becomes clickable as soon as any edits are detected.
